Delivery Australia wide is just $7.00

Orders placed before 3pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), will be shipped the same day which means you’ll receive your new designer purchase super fast!

Furthermore, to assure you`re wearing your garment sooner, all purchases under $200 will be sent by Express Post. Purchases over $200 will be sent via Express Post Platinum which guarentee delivery the next business day (within specified network). If you are not within the specified network Eight Thirteen will contact you to arrange an alternate form of delivery. Express Post Platinum orders will also have a tracking number provided and require a signature on delivery, so make sure you enter your daytime address.

Due to Australia Post restrictions, COD deliverys cannot sent via Express Post or Express Post Platinum. Once delivered you will be notified when your item is avalible for collection from your closest Australia Post outlet.

Delivery for international orders is $20.00 AUD and will be sent insured airmail. International orders over $200.00 will be sent international courier and you will be provided with a tracking number.

Credit Card: If paying by credit card, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Eight Thirteen currently uses military strength (128 bit) encryption to ensure that your credit card details are secure. We don’t store credit card details.

Cheque or Money Order: Simply select the cheque option at checkout. Once you complete your order we will send you an email confirmation. Your cheque or money order is to be made payable to Eight Thirteen and sent to our postal address. We will hold the stock for you but not send the goods until the funds are cleared.

Direct Deposit: If you would like to direct deposit the funds simply choose this option and you will be provided with our account details. The appropriate funds can then be deposited via your internet banking website (as long as you have access to a facility which allows it) or over the counter at any Commonwealth bank branch. We will hold the stock for you but not send the goods until the funds are cleared. Orders not paid for within 3 business days will be cancelled.

All care has been taken to ensure that all garments appear as true to colour as possible. However due to different monitor restrictions and setting some colours may have slight variations. For this reason if you are unhappy with your garment for any reason you can return it within 21 days of purchase.

To ensure 100% satisfaction, all of our products come with a 21 day return guarantee. These items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging with all tags intact. You may either exchange the item or request a full refund. Any returned items must be received by us within this time so please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us.

We will process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return and return postage is at the sender`s expense - however, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. We use and strongly recommend registered post to ensure your garment arrives in perfect condition!

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are not in their original condition, and/or if labels have been detached.

If you wish to return an item to Eight Thirteen, we request that you complete the following form (which will help speed up the process from our end) and send the item back to our PO Box address. Once processed, we will email you to confirm the funds have been returned to you.
